All homes must conform to the environmental regulations and our architect will assist you and design your home to meet all your personal requirements. All individual footprints are freehold and are fully serviced with all municipal approvals. Footprints are approximately 1000m² in size and all have uninterrupted views over the game park.
All residents automatically become members of the home owners association and the constitution is available for your perusal.
Residents will be required to pay for their own water, electricity and rates to the municipality. Other than these costs, levies will be required for the removal of refuse and security personnel as determined by the residents themselves.
